Damages and issues
Refunds will only be looked at if upon reception the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, Please inspect your order and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and solve it. You dispose of 14 days to do so.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Custom charges
Any VAT charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by conscious jewellery. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

IMPORTANT
For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund of exchange on earrings unless faulty. We try to make our product descriptions and images as clear and accurate as possible, so please be sure before purchasing.
