✨ To maintain the beauty of your jewels we recommend to reduce the exposure to chemicals, allow perfumes and lotions to dry before wearing and store the jewellery in a clean dry place, out of direct sunlight.
🌜 The orders are processed one by one and prepared with care at the shop within 24hrs after the order has been placed. The time for you ouster to be delivered will depend on the delivery method chosen.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so you can return the products within 30 days of receiving the order. To complete the return we will need you to contact us via email consciousjewellery@outlook.com. We will send you the instructions on how to make the return.
The customer must pay the shipping costs except if the product has arrived defective. In this case, contact us and we will send you a link to manage the change.
The money is only returned if there has been an error during the purchase process and an item has been purchased that is temporarily or permanently out of stock. In this case, the money will be returned in the same way that the payment was made (credit card or PayPal). In any case, the money for the shipping costs is not refunded.
Returns are paid in the form of a gift card. This voucher has no expiration date and can be used online and in our physical store. We send it to you by email and you can add it to your wallet so you don't lose it.
Some products are exempt from returns for hygiene reasons. In such products all earrings are included.
CHANGES
The term for changes is 30 calendar days. The product you wish to exchange must be sent as it was received (with the original packaging) to the following address:

You can exchange the product for any other item from our online store. If there is a price difference, we will send you a voucher or you will have to pay the amount through a link that we will send you by email.
