What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Conscious Jewellery as much as we love making it. If there's something you want to change or get a refund on we'll help you.We just need the product returned to us in its original condition with all original packaging and within 14 days of delivery. If you with to know more, read our Refund Policy.

Can I wear the jewellery underwater?

Yes! All of our jewellery is waterproof, free from tarnishing. Underwater, under seawater, on the gym... The jewellery will remain the same colour :)

What is the difference between ring sizes?

We dispose of 3 sizes; 6, 7 and 8. 

- Size 6 (S) has an inner diameter of 16mm which makes it ideal for thin fingers. 

-Size 7 (M) is the most common size chosen by our costumers, its inner diameter is 17mm.

- Size 8 (L) slightly larger size for thicker finger shapes, with an inner diameter of 18mm.

Guarantee

We are fully committed to creating and providing the best standard of jewellery, which is why we offer a 12 month of Guarantee for all purchases.

If your product arrives damaged or has any manufacturing defect within 12 months of your purchase, our guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge. This warranty is voided under any user damage issues (scratches and accidental breakage).
